Orders are not packed until payment has been received , any orders that have not been paid for within 14 days of being placed will be cancelled.

 

We cannot accept responsibility for any parcels that may get lost or damaged once in the care of Australia Post. We will of course try to resolve any problems that may occur with Australia Post but strongly recommend the option of asking for Registered post for your parcel.

 

Whilst we try to have all stock available, occasionally an item may be unavailable. If this is the case then you will recieve a refund for the item/s with your order.

 

We reserve the right to cancel/alter any promotions or offers without notice that are offered by The Happy Scrappy Bug as needed.

 

Orders are only available to Australian residents and will not be posted overseas. All prices include GST and are listed in Australian dollars.
